[Ha Noi] AI & Automation Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & PipelinesBuild and maintain data pipelines for Amazon SP- API, Advertising API, and other e- commerce platforms.Collect and process product reviews, sales, advertising, and financial data into structured formats.Automation & AI SolutionsDesign and implement automation scripts to optimize daily business processes (e.g., review analysis, campaign optimization, forecasting).Apply AI/ML models (e.g., clustering, sentiment analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection) to generate actionable insights.Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace) into workflows for tasks such as content generation, classification, and summarization.Collaboration & Business ImpactWork closely with business teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support) to translate business needs into technical solutions.Provide dashboards and automated reports to support decision- making.Ensure AI/automation projects are well- documented, tested, and scalable.

Requirements Must- Have:

Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit- learn, API handling, web scraping).
Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and API integrations.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., HuggingFace, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
Solid knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases or cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice- to- Have:

Basic DevOps knowledge (Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD).
Experience in e- commerce or marketplace data (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
Hands- on experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and semantic search.
