Guest Services Officer - Guest Service

Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Provides administrative to ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.
Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained.
Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Set up a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval. Ensure all files are kept up to date at all times.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in hotel operation, preferably candidates with Front Office experience
Ideally with diploma in Hospitality
Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office
