Guest Relations Supervisor (Nami Beach Club)

As the Guest Relation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing and managing all guest relations activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences
- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high- class guest service experiences
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
- Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Train and supervise guest relation staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the club
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with attention to detail and personalized care

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
