Guest Relation Officer/Chăm sóc khách hàng

Descriptions:
Working on request by GRM
Provide service information on demand: Sightseeing tours, mailing parcels, purchasing newspapers and foreign magazines, reserving dining tables inside and outside the hotel, car rental, and ticket reservations music- sports- flight reservations
Coordination of the resolution of guest complaints
Offer hotel products and services for guest.
Use skills to introduce and sell hotel products/services to guests
Receive customer complaints online and handle them as soon as possible.
Responsibility for any customer service issues that arise during their stay.

Qualification:

Using a basic Microsoft office and hotel management software
Understanding of customer demands
A strong ability to communicate
University/college degree with a major in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
English: Fluency
Experience: At least six month in a comparable position or in customer service.
