Key Responsibilities
The Guest Relation Officer (Korean Speaking) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized services to Korean- speaking guests throughout their stay. The role acts as a key liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Summary
Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
Follow hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
Welcome and assist Korean- speaking guests during check- in, stay, and check- out.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the hotel system.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist with VIP arrivals, room inspections, and special arrangements.

Bachelor&039;s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or related field.

Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service is preferred.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work in shifts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an advantage.
