Role
A Guest Assistant is responsible for handling and assisting with all guest needs, while also supporting management in achieving the goals of the Front Office Department. The Guest Assistant serves as a central communication link between guests, other departments, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist guests with check- in and check- out procedures efficiently.
Uphold company policies, service standards, and safety procedures at all times.
Record guest feedback and report issues to the Front Office Supervisor or Manager.
Create a positive first impression for all visitors and represent the resort in a professional and welcoming manner.
Contribute to maximizing hotel revenue by actively promoting and upselling rooms, services, and amenities.
Ensure the protection and confidentiality of all guest information and sensitive hotel data at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Follow all policies and procedures when charging guest activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of room availability, rates, and current promotions.
Proactively assist guests with their requests to ensure they have the best possible experience at Amanoi.

Requirements
Computer skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
Commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality and data privacy.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Professional appearance and attitude consistent with the brand image.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a guest- facing role, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
