Growth Marketing Leader

Job Description:

Lead user engagement projects, such as Onboarding, Rewards, Referrals, and Mentoring.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line manager.
Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team to ideate and test new concepts aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts.
Execute marketing automation flows and campaigns to meet user engagement targets.
Drive innovation initiatives within the Marketing team to uncover growth opportunities.
Conduct regular and thorough optimization and experimentation to enhance middle and lower- funnel conversion rates.
Develop and implement new strategies for user engagement initiatives, encompassing both online and offline campaigns, promotions, activations, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor&039;s degree in any field with 4- 5 years of relevant experience.
Adaptability to quickly adjust and manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Possess a growth mindset and a results- oriented approach to work.
Creative thinker willing to take a hands- on approach to accomplish tasks.
Proficiency in English is a bonus.
Experience working with marketing automation and engagement platforms is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Experience in website testing and conversion rate optimization.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate across different departments effectively.
