RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Database & Lifecycle Email Marketing
Identify optimization opportunities to improve funnel performance and customer lifetime value.
Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics, including Open Rate, Click- Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and engagement trends.
Develop lifecycle- driven email content and set up automated workflows (onboarding, re- engagement, retention, alumni nurturing).
Build, segment, and continuously optimize customer databases based on behavioral data, purchase history, and program participation.
Community- Led Growth & Event Engagement
Propose and execute recurring online and offline community initiatives aimed at activation, retention, and alumni re- engagement.
Design post- event engagement flows to nurture relationships beyond one- off interactions.
Coordinate growth- focused touchpoints within large- scale company events to maximize participation and follow- up conversion.
Strategic Content & Growth Experiment
Manage daily social media activities across key platforms to ensure consistent brand presence and community engagement.
Define creative directions for engagement- driven content formats (polls, surveys, referral activities, mini- contests, etc.).
Plan, produce, and publish engaging content (posts, visuals, short- form copy, basic videos) to drive interaction, reach, and growth.
Test and iterate content approaches to identify high- performing engagement and conversion drivers.
Collaborate with the Content team to develop Customer Spotlights, Success Stories, testimonials, and case studies that support conversion and trust- building.
Automation, Data & Insights
Continuously experiment, evaluate results, and propose improvements to enhance growth efficiency.
Utilize CRM and Email Marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms) to build scalable customer care and growth automation systems.
Track campaign and community performance data; generate reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ideally 1–2 years of full- time working experience in marketing, community building, growth, or related roles
Professional communication in English and Vietnamese (both spoken & written)
Detail- oriented, dependable, eager to grow and take ownership over time
Tech- savvy: confident using tools like Google Workspace, Lark, Trello, Zoom, Canva
Prior experience working with or around startups, accelerators, or NGOs is a strong plus
Strong growth marketing mindset with a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and funnel optimization
Hands- on experience in email marketing, CRM systems, community management, or event organization is a strong advantage
