Design across key brand touchpoints: This includes digital campaigns, printed materials, in- office visuals, and internal communication assets. Wherever FireGroup appears, you help us show up with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
Craft vibrant experiences: Use UX/UI design, motion graphics, and short- form videos to bring our stories, initiatives, and everyday moments to life.

Partner with people: You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Admin, Culture and Internal Communication, and teams across the company. For every brief, you start by understanding the purpose and offer design solutions that solve real problems, not just add visuals.

A strong eye for aesthetics, supported by a solid foundation in UX/UI and human- centered design.
Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing to help capture and enhance real moments.
A collaborative attitude. You value teamwork, communicate openly, and welcome feedback.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
Experience using motion graphics and video editing tools such as Premiere or CapCut.
Strong time management skills. You can balance multiple projects without compromising creativity or quality.
At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative field. Your portfolio should demonstrate skill, thoughtfulness, and meaningful impact.
