Graphic Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the team to produce the final design
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Use animation skill set to create eye- catching videos
Brainstorming visual ideas with the creative team
Designing communication materials (campaign KVs, storyboard, social posts, pitching decks...)
Plus points: fast and flexible design skills, applying across different content formats, experiences with digital campaigns
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Amend designs after feedback

Qualifications:
a/ Education:

Bachelor&039;s degree in graphic design, or a related field

b/ Work experience:

At least 1 years of experience working for agency in a similar role
Experience working in a variety of industries, especially food, cosmetics, technology, real estate…
Experience designing a variety of artwork products: KV, billboard, social post, mockup, video frame,... suitable for multi- platform Tiktok, FB, Instagram, Youtube. Participate in pitching and design for retainer customers.

c/ Functional skills:

Ability to sketch ideas quickly.
Build a mood board for the product.
Plus points: Premier, Capcut, sketch layout skills
Proficient in design programs such as Photoshop, Ai, After Effect, if you can know more about Premier, Audition, Figma, the better

d/ Soft skills:

Willing to work overtime if the project is urgent.
Ready to support tasks outside of the participating project if the workload allows.
Ability to present ideas
Teamwork, reasonable deadlines with accounts, and managing individual workloads.
