JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSM & Print Collateral Design (50%):
Design POSM & Brand materials such as packaging, standees, posters, leaflets, banners, and backdrops.
Maintain knowledge of printing processes, materials (paper, plastic, fabric, mica, decal, etc.), and POSM production techniques.
Ensure print quality by collaborating with printing vendors and overseeing production output.
Work with the marketing team to develop printed materials for activations, events, and promotions
Social Media Design (40%):
Design visuals for social media, digital ads, banners, and email templates.
Develop creative and engaging visual content for marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Motion Graphics & Video Support (10%)
Collaborate with the content team to ensure smooth execution of video- related tasks.
Assist in basic motion graphics and animation for digital content.
Support simple video editing tasks such as trimming, adding effects, and enhancing footage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the FnB industry or related fields involving POSM.
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Arts, or related fields.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of design trends in the FnB industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of printing techniques and prepress file preparation, with the ability to optimize designs for various production materials.
Understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior in the FnB sector.
Ability to sketch ideas quickly or use 3D software is a plus.
Personality:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Creative problem- solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
