What You&039;ll Do

Translate strategy into logos, colors, typography, layouts, and imagery guidelines.
Design Amazon- ready assets: main images, infographics, lifestyle visuals, A+ content, storefronts.
Create brand identities and visual systems based on briefs, research, and moodboards in a timely manner.
Ensure design consistency across platforms with mobile clarity in mind.
Conduct competitor visual research.
Produce quick mockups to showcase concepts and support pitches.

Who We&039;re Looking For

Strong written and verbal English skills. Strong comprehension of briefs and feedback, able to discuss ideas with the team.
Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, color, and typography.
2+ years in branding, visual identity, or graphic design.
Proficient in Figma.
Portfolio showing strong storytelling, taste, and user- focused design.
Open to feedback, collaborative, organized, proactive.
Experience creating clean, Amazon- compliant visuals.

Additional Advantages (Preferred but not required):

Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva experience.
Basic motion design or short video edits for social media.
Familiar with AI design tools.

Working Hours & Probation

Culture of Ownership: Team members are expected to stay beyond official hours when needed to ensure outcomes and team success.
Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on- site).
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on- site).
