Position:
Graphic Designer Freelancer – Temporary
Work Mode:
Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office), Flexible Working Time

Amorepacific Vietnam Office in HCMC

Role & Responsibility

Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity with strong aesthetic sensibility.
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all designs are aligned with Sulwhasoo brand guidelines and meet marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communication Lead to conceptualize and develop creative content for marketing initiatives.
Create and develop assets across multiple formats:Print: Event collaterals, posters, leaflets, etc.Digital & Social: Photos, videos/motion graphics, EDM, interactive content, advertisements.Owned Media Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.): CGI, animation, short videos, and more.
Provide creative design solutions that are consistent with brand guidelines and tailored for each medium and channel.
Deliver miscellaneous design requirements as needed.

Retail Synergy

Partner with the Retail and Marketing teams to design localized assets for retail activities, including social posts, ad creatives, and thumbnails.

Job Requirements

Strong multitasking ability with meticulous attention to detail, capable of performing and delivering under tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to manage projects from ideation to final delivery.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); skills in After Effects and video editing are preferred.
Strong passion for design trends, with a self- driven mindset to experiment with new ideas and evaluate their effectiveness.
Creative problem- solving skills and efficiency in handling design challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
At least 1 year of design experience in fashion, beauty, or advertising industries.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience across multiple marketing channels (offline and e- commerce).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey creative concepts.
