About the LiMI Program
Upon successful completion, participants may have the opportunity to join one of LITEON’s manufacturing sites, with roles aligned to their strengths and performance during the program. Ongoing development includes performance evaluations and engagement in innovation projects.
The LITEON Manufacturing Intelligence (LiMI) Program, launched in 2021, is a strategic talent development initiative by LITEON. Its goal is to foster the next generation of smart manufacturing professionals through focused learning in automation, digitization, and innovation.
Managed by the LiMI Smart Manufacturing Academy, the program offers a one- year structured training (2+3+6+1 months) that blends classroom learning with real- world, project- based experience. Each year, promising individuals with academic backgrounds in smart automation- related disciplines are invited to join.
Open Positions (Participants may be considered for one of the following roles based on background and interest):
Project Management Engineer (PM)
Support project schedule planning and goal alignment
Perform system simulation and optimize production schedules
Coordinate timelines, cost, and quality for production readiness
Mechatronics Engineer (ME)
Support BOM creation, technical drawings, and system implementation
Collaborate on layout design, automation, and control systems
Enhance equipment performance; contribute to design, testing, and production handover
Process Engineer (PE)
Perform circuit analysis and support product optimization
Define and implement process flows
Conduct product and process analysis to improve quality
Product Testing Engineer (TE)
Optimize testing programs and throughput
Maintain and improve testing operations
Resolve production issues through data- driven analysis
Industrial Engineer (IE)
Apply system simulation and on- site improvement techniques
Analyze cost structures and support layout planning
Define standard processes and evaluate production efficiency
QRA Engineer
Coordinate product inspections and reporting
Track quality performance during production
Monitor and enhance quality assurance processes
Electronics Engineer (EE)
Program and maintain control systems (e.g. PLC)
Support continuous automation improvements
Assemble and calibrate automation systems
Ideal Candidates:
Less than 2 years of professional work experience
Recent graduates (Bachelor&039;s, Engineering Degree, or Master’s) in relevant majors such as Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or IT
Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent is an advantage)
