JOB PURPOSE
1. Common (all levels)
Support deployment to production and provide L3 support when needed.
Review and accept design documents and source code from partners/vendors.
Research and improve the Micro- service and API development framework/standards.
Design detailed technical specifications and API documentation.
Analyze business requirements, identify scope of work, and develop Micro- services/API solutions.
2. Middle- Level Developer (Grade 7)
Focus on hands- on development of Micro- services/API using Java Spring Boot.
Assist in production issue resolution and incident reporting.
Participate in system integration tasks under guidance of senior members.
3. Senior Developer (Grade 8)
Take ownership of system integration between core banking systems and external/internal platforms.
Provide technical training and mentorship to other team members.
Lead initiatives to improve performance, cost optimization, and security on AWS.
Actively contribute to framework enhancements and best practices.
4. Expert Developer (Grade 9)
Ensure service quality, compliance with information security and enterprise architecture.
Provide guidance, technical leadership, and mentoring across the development team.
Handle complex production issues escalated beyond other support levels.
Lead system upgrades, modernization of core banking platforms.
Act as a technical authority in solution design and architecture.
