[Golden Winners' Club_Egaming] Club Sales Manager

Professionally represent the club through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow- through and response
Communicate timely and follow up, as appropriate.
Orient new members into the club by introducing them to key staff and members and scheduling their introductory appointments
Actively further company objectives and continuously support improvement and positive change, which includes participating on corporate designated committees to improve the company and business operations.
Sell club memberships, upgrades, conversions and membership changes
Attend special events and activities to provide sales information and tours
Active participation in required events, required programs, required meetings and required training.
Effectively and professionally interacts and communicates with senior management, managers, other employees, prospective members, and members.
Develop professional relationships for sales lead generation
Meet and/or exceed monthly membership sales and initiation fee goals Communication and Relationships
Develop new sales prospects by contacting individuals, groups and companies in the community
Maintain accurate and up- to- date membership sales tracking and reports Financial Accountability
Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Recruit prospects, conduct sales presentations and tours
Promote the company&039;s safety goals and actively work towards ensuring a safe working environment.
