International market development:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals;
Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with potential clients;
Negotiate and close deals.
Build, manage, and convert leads into sales opportunities;
Provide product and service consultations;
Client Relationship Management:
Perform other support tasks: support client visits and assist with IT events preparations.
Collaborate with Production, Legal, and Accounting Department to handle quotations, delivery, payments, and client satisfaction surveys.;
Team Development:
Build, train, and develop a high- performing sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong presentation, negotiation, and training skills.
At least 3 years of experience in IT Sales; experience in IT Sales Leader role is preferred.
Proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+).
Confident, decisive, enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible.
Excellent sales and customer service mindset.
