• This is a full- time hybrid role located in Hanoi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating outbound leads, and handling high- intent and low- intent inbound leads before handing them off to the sales team.

• The day- to- day tasks include conducting market research, prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound activities. This individual will report to the Sales Development Manager and work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and delivery team to achieve revenue goals.

Job Description
• Actively participate in global events and conferences to generate new opportunities
• Execute ad- hoc Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing program as requested
• Work with the Sales team to lead nurturing strategies for various global events pre/post- event participation
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Sales Development Manager to support the team’s strategy and development.
• Foster ongoing communication with Account Managers and the Delivery Unit to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services and the overarching strategy of our company/business.
• Converting existing low- intent inbound leads (MQLs) to maximize Marketing effort
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams for seamless lead handoff, alignment on messaging, and strategy.
• Handle high- intent inbound across multiple channels (Chatbot, Form Submission, Inbound Email, Inbound Call...), qualify inquiries through research, analysis, and effective communication with clients
• Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns. Generate outbound leads utilizing various channels and convincing potential customers to have a meeting with us
• Implementing an effective/ tailored Sales Development/Lead Nurturing process, supported by strong Automation and Growth Marketing strategies
