HR Powerhouse: Be a go- to resource for internal events, lending your expertise to ensure successful employee engagement initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and take the initiative to implement them.
Employee Lifecycle Champion: Collaborate with the global HR team to design exceptional onboarding programs, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into our vibrant company culture. Champion a positive employee experience throughout their journey with us.
Compliance & Data Guru: Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulations in each location, including Vietnam. Develop and maintain comprehensive C&B data and reporting systems, providing valuable insights for strategic decision- making.
Trusted Advisor & Collaborator: Offer expert guidance on C&B matters to the executive office, employees across all locations, and the global HR team. Foster strong relationships with cross- functional teams, aligning HR strategies with overall business goals. Proactively identify opportunities to support senior leadership and the HR manager in achieving their goals.
Global C&B Strategist: Partner with the executive office to design and implement competitive C&B strategies that attract and retain top talent across all locations. Conduct market research to stay ahead of global C&B trends and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a global HR role with a focus on L&D and employee relations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a global environment.
Strong understanding of global HR trends and best practices, with an awareness of specific regulations in Vietnam
Passion for building a positive and engaging employee experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
In- depth knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions (a plus).
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Global mindset and understanding of cultural differences.
