The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the resort&039;s revenue and market share goals, especially during the pre- opening and initial operational phase of Swiss0bel Villa Solavita Binh Tien. This role is crucial in launching the integrated product offerings, including luxury villas, F&B services, and the Golf Course/MICE (Meetings, and Events) segments, primarily managing sales activities from the Ho Chi Minh City base.

Key Responsibilities (Trách nhiệm Chính)
Pre- opening and Strategic Planning:
• Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create the resort&039;s annual Sales & Marketing plan, covering market segmentation, pricing strategies , and distribution channels to maximize RevPAR .
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high- performing Sales & Marketing team based on the needs of the pre- opening and operational phases.
• Establish Key Markets: Identify, target, and establish strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, corporate clients, MICE agencies, and golf tour operators in Vietnam and international source markets.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Integrated Product Sales: Drive sales across all product lines, demonstrating a deep understanding of packaging and selling:
Golf Stay & Play Packages and Corporate Golf Events.
MICE and Large- scale Events utilizing resort facilities and outdoor venues.
Luxury Villa and Accommodation Packages.
• Reporting: Produce accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analyses to the General Manager.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and finalize profitable contracts with key partners, OTAs, and corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with brand standards and legal requirements.
Marketing and Brand Management:
• Collateral Development: Manage the development of all sales kits, marketing collateral, virtual tours, and presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Swiss- bel Villa Binh Tien.
• Public Relations (PR) & Communications: Develop and manage PR activities, media relations, and familiarization trips to generate positive exposure and reinforce the Swiss- bel brand positioning.
• Digital Presence: Oversee and enhance the resort&039;s digital marketing, social media campaigns, website content, and SEO/SEM strategies to drive direct bookings.
Job Requirements (Yêu cầu Công việc)
• Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills. Proficient in PMS/S&C systems (e.g., Opera) and modern digital marketing platforms.
• Product Knowledge (MUST- HAVE): Proven experience and deep knowledge in selling integrated resort products, including rooms, MICE/Events, and especially Golf/Sports tourism packages.
• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential (additional language skills are a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 3- 5years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years as a DOSM or a senior leadership role in a 4- 5 star hotel/resort. Pre- opening experience is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City with willingness to travel frequently to Binh Tien, Khanh Hoa.
