JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Care of shipments and resolve issues during the transportation.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Advice for Board of Directors in developing strategies, goals, business plans and activities related to the field of transportation services business.
• Develop short and long- term strategies to complement the overall goal of the Sales Department.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the import and export market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Having agents network and coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, to work smoothly, handling customers’ orders.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Management, training, and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets effectively (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Weekly, monthly report to Director.
• Seeking, expanding and increasing new customers.
REQUIREMENT :
• Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills
• Specialized skill and experienced for Forwarding, Logistics experience, supply chain, warehousing.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
• Solid and demonstrated knowledge of the import- export industry
• Experience request: at least seven years working in a logistics company and have experience of the same position in Logistics field (customers, pricing, manage contract), working with SSL and forwarding company
• University graduation major Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, related field.
• Willing to work under high pressures.
• Ability to adapt quickly.
• Excellent command of English (Oral and of written skill)
