JOB SUMMARY
This position reports directly to Owners.
Director has full responsibility and authority to manage the branch&039;s operation to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (may include, but not limited to the following):
Strategic Leadership
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, client acquisitions and new value- added products or services.
Provide regular reports and updates to Owners on processing operation, business performance and growth initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
Operational Management
Collaborate with Deputy Director to set annual objectives for the company and be accountable for the results achieved.
Implement effective processes to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.
Supervise, evaluate the operational efficiency of Factory and Office Department.
Oversees company policies, rules, regulations, procedures & systems.
Oversee the day- to- day operations of the Factory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Sales and Business Development
Catch up with market trends and market demands to develop and refine product strategies and offerings.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Lead the sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide strong leadership, guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Identify training and development needs and implement initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Set clear performance goals and expectations for employees, regularly assess their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability, and implement cost control measures as needed.
Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for Owners.
Manage and optimize the profits and losses of the company.
