General Manager - Manufacturing - Long An

Opportunity to work for a expanding manufacturer |General manager oversees the manufacturing and business operation

Client has the long- term investment and expansion in the plant in Vietnam, aiming to receive the large order from the region.

The job responsibilities include:

Ensure to meet the capacity and output as per planning
Manage relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
Building a supportive and positive working environment to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Coordinating with the regional team for technology, and technical knowledge transfer to local plant
Oversee daily operations activities in the plant, not limited to production, engineering, quality, PMC, logistics & warehouse, IT, HR & Admin, Finance and etc.
Involve in the cash flow, profit & loss and quotation

The ideal candidates should have:

Data- driven skills, training skills and problem- solving skills
Bachelor degree of Engineering or relevant disciplines.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English. Chinese skills is an advantage.
5- 8 years experience as a General Manager or similar operation role in a manufacturing environment
Experience in planning, budgeting, and costing.
