General Administration Staff

Be responsible to control the Branch’s office keys, official seals and stamps
Be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and receipt of courier mails of the Branch
Support the Branch’s outsourcing management to keep compliance with HO procedures and local regulations
Perform as the Branch’s messenger
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Cooperate with team members to perform the office relocation/ renovation project
Perform stock control and purchase ordering of office equipment and stationery
Be responsible for the document control at offsite storage
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation as required.
Responsible for monitoring of security system and access control in the Branch’s offices to mitigate any physical security risks
Be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and transmission of telegraphic messages (SWIFT messages)
Be responsible for managing the maintenance of the Branch’s fixed assets as well as ensuring that an annual tracking of fixed assets is appropriately conducted

Careful, teamwork, hard- working and eager to learn
Experience in office renovation project is preferable
Having at least 3- year experience in Administration role
Good skill in computing and using MS Office applications
Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.
