General Accountant - Supervisor/ Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

Functional Objective
- Carry out related accounting activities to ensure that all current & arising affairs are fully and correctly performed
Key responsibilities/

- Provide professional guidance for the accounting activities of the company and its branches about data processing and accounting for arising economic operations in order to well perform the assigned accounting operation. Examine and adjust operations for accountants to know how to account for new arising accounting operations
- Responsible for monthly VAT and PIT declarations; in charge of working with and providing explanations to tax authorities in case of discrepancies between declared figures and those from the tax office.
- Participate in the process of setting: annual budgets, monthly & quarterly forecasts and develop, implement procedures and policies to control revenue and expense.
- Coordinate to check the using costs according to the approved plan, sum up and analyze the spending norms, revenue of the company to ensure the efficiency of the using of capital
- On behalf of the chief accountant to settle and administer the operation of the Financial & Accounting department, then report to Chief Accountant about the work already resolved or authorized to settle
- Check and reconcile contents, data, statements of daily economic operation of the accountants into the system, detect and adjust (if any) on accounting, ensure accurately and timely data
- Assist Chief Accountant in supervising and directing all accounting and financial matters. Ensure the internal control system is designed and issued by the Company and comply with the regulations and policies of Vietnam
- Provide general and statistical accounting data to Chief Accountant and COO when requested
- Giving opinions on improving the quality of work related to financial & accounting for considering

- Cooperate with accountants regularly check all data on system to ensure the accuracy
- Provide information of finance to Chief Accountant and COO as requested and other duties from Chief Accountant request
- Assist Chief Accountant in control the expenses of departments that suitable or belong to the approved budget, cooperate with departments to explain the costs
