Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two ways communication.
Co- ordinate the preparation of accurate hotel monthly profit & loss account and balance sheet in compliance Marriott reporting timetable and submit to Director of Finance for review.
Co- ordinate the preparation any required tax documentation relating to business taxes, foreign currency payments, withholding taxes and income taxes and ensure all reports are completed as per required deadlines.
Accommodate any internal, external, or statutory audit requests as directed by the Director of Finance.
Complete any other projects, tasks or activities as assigned from time to time.
Prepare and review all month end journals, month end reports with appropriate supporting documentation for Director of Finance approval.
Oversee the Accounts Payable function to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner and expenses are appropriately approved and coded accurately.
Assist the Director of Finance in the training of Finance department associates.
Tracking and handling all claim from Insurance and update to Director of Finance monthly basic.
Assist in monitoring the Hotel&039;s compliance with Marriott Financial/Marriott Policies & Procedures and to implement new Policies & Procedures where necessary.
Keep the book of FF&E fund and ensure comply with Management Contract.

Finance & Accounting education.
Minimum of three years of experience required.
BA (Finance/Accounting) Degree.
Good English verbal and written skills.
