General Accountant

As General Accountant, we rely on you to:- Oversee the procurement process, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate cost allocations for materials and supplies
- Calculate F&B costs and supplies expenses based on the statistics
- Ensure that goods received are in line with the quantities, qualities and prices as agreed in the orders
- Conduct the following test (spot check) to ensure minimum wastage and pilferage
- Prepare Monthly Cost Controller&039;s Report and recommend cost reduction where needed

We are looking for someone who:
- Is meticulous and pays high attention to details
- Has the ability to work in a fast- paced, multicultural environment
- Is proficient in oral and written English
- Has a minimum of 4 years of Finance experience, including at least 2 years in Cost Control
- Is pleasant and willing to learn
- Familiar with hospitality cost practices and financial regulations to ensure compliance and optimize resources.

- Operation Position: 1.5 days off/week.

- Office Position: 02 days off/week (9 working hours/day)
