Garment Merchandiser (Apparel Industry | 1–8 Years' Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Hansoll Textile Co., Ltd. is a global apparel manufacturing company working with well- known international brands such as PINK, Victoria’s Secret, Carter’s, UNIQLO, and Walmart.

Prepare and send development packages and samples to buyers.
Place orders for sample fabrics with mills and follow up on fabric readiness and delivery timelines.
Arrange development trims and accessories required for sampling.
Track and manage development timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved.
Update sample dispatch information and shipment details on internal systems or buyer platforms.
Coordinate closely with the sample room to monitor sample development progress and ensure timely completion.

Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing processes, particularly for knit products.
Oversee and manage the overall production cycle from order confirmation to final shipment.
Ensure smooth communication between buyers, factories, and internal teams to achieve on- time delivery and quality standards.
Support seasonal mill allocation planning and production capacity management.
Manage and update product costing sheets to ensure cost accuracy and transparency.
Prepare and maintain delivery status reports for weekly cross- functional production meetings.
Develop and monitor the Time & Action (T&A) calendar to ensure on- time delivery.
Coordinate product testing with third- party quality assurance laboratories and work with factories and mills to resolve any quality or testing issues promptly.
Provide visibility on key timelines such as buy dates, pre- production lead time, and shipment schedules.
Maintain close collaboration with cross- functional teams including buyers, product development, technical design, and global suppliers to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Working Hours:
Lunch Break: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Location: GLOBAL HANSOLL Company – The Vista Somerset, 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Experience in sample development and/or bulk production follow- up is preferred.
Prior experience working with international brands such as PINK, VICTORIA’S SECRET, CARTER’S, UNIQLO, or WALMART is a strong advantage.
Minimum 1–8 years of experience as a Garment Merchandiser in the apparel manufacturing industry.
Strong coordination, follow- up, and problem- solving skills.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes is preferred.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English for daily communication with buyers and internal teams.
