Garment Merchandise Leader

Supervise merchandisers, delegate work and provide coaching to them on daily work
Handling full merchandising works such as sample development, price negotiation and order follow up, welcome customers, ensuring on time order delivery.
Monitoring progress: Monitor and analyze efficiently to take corrective measures
Control Gross Profit according to the Customer’s profile
Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintain effective communication and keep the company’s clients up to date
Communication with internal teams, Overseas Offices and Customers
Establishes work plans for each phase of assigned PO and coordinates all PO activities

To plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on
Abilities to solve customer problems
Follow up the price history until the final step
Perform other related duties as required under the direction of General Director
To work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support
Analyzes customer requirements to determine the time frame, procedures and allotment of available resources to various phases
Controlling time management: Know how to set realistic deadlines and how to communicate them consistently with the upper management
Control the material price to ensure that no higher than quote
Analyzing and managing project risk: Proactively assess PO risks and issues, establish mitigation plan/ resolution plan and timely communicate with relevant stakeholders

Strong leadership skills, including leading, developing, motivating and building effective teams
Able to handle multi- tasks and possess a high level of initiative and integrity
Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers independently
Assertive, self- motivated & excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills as well as capability to interact effectively with all levels
Be fluent & proficient in English
Strong planning, organizing, communication and negotiation skills
