Gaming Technical Supervisor

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

The Gaming Technical Supervisor oversees the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of slot gaming equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations. This role requires supervising a team of technicians, coordinating with management, and supporting the Assistant Technical Manager in operational excellence.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of slot gaming systems and equipment.
Maintain accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Monitor compliance of gaming systems with regulatory standards.
Prepare technical reports and present findings to the Assistant Technical Manager.
Train team members on equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to support uninterrupted gaming operations.
Conduct performance checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with vendors for technical support and procurement of parts.
Lead a team of gaming technicians, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.
Coordinate system updates, including hardware and software upgrades.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Training and Development

Ensure gaming systems and practices align with regulatory and safety standards.
Assist in managing audits and inspections to meet compliance requirements.

Reporting and Documentation

Mentor technicians, providing ongoing training on the latest technologies.
Evaluate team members’ performance and identify skill enhancement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
2- 4 years of experience in a gaming technical role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
