Job Description
Future Game Studio is currently seeking a Game Designer with sharp design thinking, strong product vision, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team and co- create titles that carry a distinct identity in the market.

Optimize game performance and user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve gameplay and user experience continuously.
Collaborate effectively with Artists, Developers, QA, and Data Analysts to implement designs.
Write clear and comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) and related specifications.
Contribute to game production pipelines, design workflows, and propose creative solutions throughout development.
Design and develop game products from concept to release.
Design user flow diagrams, feature logic, reward systems, and in- game balancing.
Build gameplay systems, features, core game loops, progression, and user interaction mechanics.

Yêu cầu công việc

Ability to analyze and design across various game genres: Strategy, MOBA, Casual, Puzzle, Hyper- Casual, Fighting, etc.
Solid understanding of Game Mechanics, Game Elements, with foundational knowledge of game art and technology.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the game industry.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly to different teams.
Participated in the development of at least one released game on Google Play, App Store, or equivalent platforms.
Strong planning, estimation, and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Capable of receiving, analyzing, and applying feedback to enhance product quality.
Skilled in writing clear, structured, and executable design documentation.
Proficient with at least one popular game engine (e.g. Unity, Cocos2d).

Bonus Points

Excellent team collaboration skills, able to act as a bridge between departments in the production pipeline.
Strong product mindset, with an understanding of player psychology and user behavior.
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, GameAnalytics, etc.).
