Fullstack Engineer

Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer at Trainizi, you will be an essential part of our product development team. Your primary role will involve developing new features and improving the learning experience on our mobile- first platform on both the mobile app and web app environments. You will also be involved in building the jobseeker portal, with AI applications embedded. We also have other sub- products in development as per our client’s requirements, all mobile- driven and related to training and upskilling.

Demonstrate knowledge in database management, particularly with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
Optimize the platform for high performance, scalability, and robust database interactions.
Prioritize creating an intuitive and responsive mobile user experience.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs for smooth integration and operation on mobile platforms.
Write effective, maintainable code using React for front- end and Golang or NodeJS for back- end development.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and enhance our AI- integrated, mobile- first platform.
Maintain clear documentation of the development process, with an emphasis on database- related functionalities.
Stay updated on the latest technological trends, particularly in mobile development and database management, and effectively apply them in our products.

Job Requirements

Understanding of RESTful API development, particularly for mobile applications.
2- 5 years of experience in full- stack development, with a strong focus on mobile- first solutions.
Strong problem- solving skills with a research- driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to new technologies and ideas.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Proficient in JavaScript and React; willingness to learn React Native, Flutter, or other emerging technologies.
Experience in back- end development using Golang or NodeJS, with specific knowledge in managing databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Familiar with software architecture, design principles, and best practices in both front- end and back- end development.
