Fullstack Developer PHP/Python, React/Vue

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fullstack Developer with strong backend experience in PHP or Python to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high- performance web applications. Experience with front- end frameworks (React.js or Vue.js) is required, and knowledge of modern backend frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or FastAPI is highly preferred.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third- party services.
Build responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js or Vue.js.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless features.
Optional: Contribute to system architecture design or DevOps tasks (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment) if experienced.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and peer code reviews.
Optimize system performance, handle caching, database queries, and scalability improvements.
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) or Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

2+ years of experience in web development focusing on PHP or Python.
Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs and database schema design (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
English reading/writing skills are required; speaking proficiency is an advantage.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, independence, and a high sense of responsibility.
Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or Kubernetes is a plus.
Solid experience with at least one backend framework: Laravel, CodeIgniter, Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Proficiency in front- end development using React.js or Vue.js.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Vuex, or Zustand.
Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern ES standards, and front- end architecture.

Working Shifts (Monday to Friday)

This position requires candidates to be flexible with working shifts depending on project requirements. The available shifts include:
- Regular Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (includes 1.5- hour lunch break)
- Afternoon–Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes 1- hour dinner break; shift may vary ±1 hour depending on the season)
