Identify and analyze the requirements
Continuously refactor the code and re- architecture the design to enhance agility.
Perform the tasks of a software engineer.
Partake to achieve the objectives of the team and other organizational goals in an attempt to create more value for the clients and the company.
Document the development phases for knowledge sharing.
Write well- designed, efficient code
Design the application architecture.
Work with QA Engineers to constantly improve product quality
Promote and use best practices in the software development lifecycle from requirements through to testing and support.
This is a fulltime- working position and you would be working at our HCMC office. You will be get involved in the agile software development process which encompasses all stages of modern software development including problem analysis, solutions discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance & support. Being a member of a global- setting team, you will have opportunities to develop all aspects of your career, not only limited to the following duties
Participate in design and code reviews across the product.
May be assigned to onsite projects to work directly with clients.
Frequently expand the technical capability (supported by the direct manager) via learning and sharing activities
Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Good problem- solving and communication skills. o Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. o Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into the design
Proficiency in source control systems, preferably GitHub and Bitbucket.
Knowledge of multiple front- end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Angular, ReactJS, Node.JS, etc.) o Knowledge of multiple back- end languages (e.g. Python, Go, Java, C) o Solid knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and database management.
Experience with mobile application development is a plus.
At least 1- 2 years of practical working experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in web development, primarily using Python and its related frameworks (FastAPI, Django, etc.).
Follow software development best practices (SOLID, TDD, CI\CD, Git Workflow, Unit testing, Test automation, and coding standards)
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
Strong understanding of front- end and back- end development principles.
