Full Stack Software Engineer NodeJS, ReactJS

We are looking for a Software Engineer who has strong experience in real- time applications and cloud- based architecture to join our team and lead the development of this platform.
We are building a next- generation fintech ecosystem that connects users with seamless financial services. As part of this vision, we are creating a real- time chatplatform to enhance communication, customer support, and secure financial interactions.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain a real- time chat platform integrated into our fintech ecosystem.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a seamless experience.
Develop modern, responsive frontend interfaces with React.js.
Optimize for high availability, low latency, and scalability to support thousands of concurrent users.
Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are met (especially for financial data).
Develop with DevOps Culture in mind, understanding and maintaining solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.).
Experienced in building backend services that can scaled using Node.js (WebSockets, REST APIs, GraphQL).
Experience chat/messaging system is a plus (Group chats, message history, file sharing, push notifications, and user presence.

Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and encryption in realtime apps.
Have experience with in- app notification system (firebase, aws pinpoint, custom, ...)
Good understanding of Agile development, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
5+ years of experience in full- stack development (Node.js + React.js).
Use message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar) to handle real- time messaging, scaling, and event- driven architecture.
Experience in building secure, high- performance systems for fintech, banking, or similar regulated environments is a plus.
Solid knowledge of AWS cloud architecture (serverless, microservices, CI/CD pipelines).
Strong experience with real- time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io, WebRTC, or similar).
Familiarity with databases both SQL and NoSQL.

Nice to Have

Has worked in a Startup environment, Banking or Fintech
Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker for containerized deployment.
Experience with chatbot/AI assistant integration.
Familiarity with finance systems, KYC, and fintech APIs.
