Full Stack Lead / Engineering Manager NodeJS/ ReactJS

Our client is a leading Information Security MSP looking to build out an elite team to develop cutting- edge products in the threat identification and management space.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results- oriented and technically proficient Project Lead/Engineering Manager to lead a team of full- stack engineers. In this role, you will own the development outcomes, provide technical leadership, and partner with cross- functional teams to deliver high- quality software solutions that align with business goals. You will play a key role in driving the technical vision and translating business requirements into actionable product stories and technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote coding best practices, testing standards, deployment strategies, and security protocols within the development team
Define project scope, goal, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into detailed product stories and functional specifications
Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable full- stack applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Docker, Redis and Postgres
Architect job- scheduling and batch automation applications processes to ensure reliable and fault- tolerant data collection and processing.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and operations teams to plan and execute development roadmaps
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of full- stack engineers, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture
Communicate project progress, risks, and technical challenges to both technical teams and non- technical stakeholders
Utilize agile project management methodologies to guide the team and adapt to changing priorities

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong expertise with Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Docker, and Postgres
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and translate technical concepts for non- technical stakeholders
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
Prior experience working with Linux- based VMs in a production environment
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3- 5 years in team leadership or engineering management

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity in working with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud products such as Azure DevOps Pipelines and Repos
Prior experience in architecting and operating large scale distributed ETL processes.
