About the Role
You’ll work across both new features and existing codebases — enhancing, adapting, and building within defined standards and boilerplate structures.
We’re looking for a full stack developer with a strong frontend focus to join DISION TECH team. We believe in “vibe coding” – not as a shortcut using AI tools blindly, but as a professional, creative process where developers know how to leverage AI (like ChatGPT or Copilot) effectively to speed up development while maintaining code quality, clarity, and consistency.
Responsibilities
• Ensure code is clean, consistent, and aligned with project standards
• Apply AI- assisted coding (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) professionally – not blindly
• Work within existing templates and project structures, not just from scratch
• Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high- quality, maintainable solutions
• Integrate APIs and ensure responsive, cross- device functionality
Requirements
• Ability to prototype in Node.js/Express.js
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Confident in vibe coding — especially when working with existing codebases
• Understanding of modern frontend architecture and UX/UI practices
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
• Python is expected as a base skill – no points awarded, but we assume you have it
• Comfortable with rules, coding standards, and structured workflows
Our Tech Stack
• Backend: Golang
• Frontend: React, Next.js (core stack)
• AI- assisted coding: ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar – used with intent
• Other: REST, CI/CD, version control, internal boilerplate templates
