Full Stack Developer

Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python or Node.js
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Implement database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL)
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code

Frontend Development

Optimize frontend performance and user experience
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js
Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel- perfect designs
Ensure cross- browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

General Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with international team members and stakeholders
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with cross- functional teams in an Agile environment
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
Troubleshoot and debug applications across the full stack

Important: Must have English communication skills (both written and verbal), have above 3.5 YoEs in Python,Node.js,React.js, rate can be nego in interview
Technical Skills

Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) OR Node.js (Express.js, NestJS)
Solid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Over 4 years of professional software development experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Soft Skills

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong problem- solving and analytical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and project prioritization skills
Adaptability to learn new technologies and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in international or remote teams
Experience with GraphQL
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with TypeScript
Understanding of microservices architecture
Knowledge of cloud services and serverless architecture
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest, Cypress)
