Full Stack Developer (C#, .NET, JavaScript)

Collaborate closely with Korean teams to receive requirements, plan deployments, and ensure delivery aligns with group- wide policies and schedules.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and performance issues in the production environment.
Follow secure coding practices and internal compliance requirements.
Perform both front- end and back- end development, including REST APIs, business logic, and UI/UX enhancements.
Perform code review, refactoring, and optimization for scalability and maintainability.
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue, or jQuery depending on the module).
Contribute to system documentation, deployment scripts, and configuration management.

5+ years of hands- on experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
Strong skills in:
JavaScript, HTML, CSS and frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or jQuery
C, .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
Ability to work in multi- national project environments and communicate effectively with Korean counterparts (in English; Korean is a plus).
Familiarity with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Understanding of enterprise system architecture, API integration, and multi- tier application design.
Experience working with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.

Nice to have

Experience in system maintenance (SM) projects or internal corporate systems (HR, ERP, SCM, etc.).
Familiarity with Korean corporate IT culture or basic Korean language skills
