JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct performance audits for both front- end and back- end using tools like Lighthouse, Webpack Analyzer, and database profiling.
Contribute to a “vibe coding” culture – collaborative, open- minded, and focused onwriting code that’s both elegant and practical.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to improve UI/UX and conversion rates through data- driven methods (A/B testing, heatmaps, funnel analysis).
Ensure SEO- friendly architecture through server- side rendering (SSR), optimized meta tags, and fast load times.
Stay up- to- date with trends in fullstack development, e- commerce technology, and AI- assisted development workflows.
Build and scale API- first back- end services with Node.js (Nest.js preferred), integrating with databases and third- party services (payment gateways, logistics, CRM/ERP).
Actively adopt AI- powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for faster prototyping, automated testing, and code refactoring.
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code to facilitate effective AI- assisted code review and debugging.
Implement and optimize caching strategies (in- memory, Redis) and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) to ensure high performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain responsive, high- performance web applications for our e- commerce platform using React.js / Next.js (bonus: Nuxt.js if applicable).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience using AI tools for coding, debugging, and documentation.
Experience optimizing performance for high- traffic systems.
Strong communication skills, team player mindset, and willingness to embrace a positive coding culture
Proven experience with caching systems (Redis, in- memory caching) and messagequeues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Familiarity with microservices or event- driven architecture is a plus.
2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong back- end expertise and solid front- end skills.
Understanding of SEO principles and SSR for e- commerce websites.
Proficient in React.js, Next.js (Vue/Nuxt.js is a plus).
Strong hands- on experience with Node.js (Nest.js preferred), PostgreSQL/MySQL.
