Frontend Tech Lead React, JavaScript- Sign on bonus

As Technical Leader for an enterprise client, you will engage with stakeholders across all levels to bridge business and technology, translating challenges into effective technical solutions that support client goals.
You are expected to collaborate with teams and managers, understand business drivers, and provide technical expertise to guide decision- making.
Your role also includes technical support, troubleshooting, and coaching team members to improve daily work. Additionally, you help establish best practices in software development to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders (PMs, BAs, clients, international teams) and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
Analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues.
Oversee project initiation, resource allocation, clear task assignment, and take responsibility for timelines and milestones.
Mentor and coach mid/senior engineers, conduct code reviews and help drive best practices.
Make critical technical decisions, such as technology selection, front- end architecture (including client- side/server- side rendering), and backend integration.
Lead and guide the frontend team in designing, building, and optimizing web applications, ensuring high- quality, reusable, and performant code.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions and estimates.
Write high- quality code, review team members’ code, and optimize application speed and scalability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 4+ years in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role (team or project). Preference given to candidates with experience in large- scale, high- traffic projects.
Core Technical Skills:

Testing: Unit and E2E testing with Jest, React Testing Library.
Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS (including advanced React, SSR, CSR).
Experience with UI libraries (Tailwind is required; MUI, Ant Design, Element are the plus), styling tools (e.g., SCSS, LESS or styled- components), and design systems (e.g., Atomic Design, Polaris or Chakra UI)
Hands- on experience with Figma; familiarity with design principles is a plus
Skilled in state/data management (Redux, ZuStand are required; Jotai, TanStack Query are the plus), routing (TanStack or React Router), and API integration (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman or fetch/axios)
Solid understanding of Node.js, Next.js, asynchronous handling, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and cross- browser compatibility.

Soft Skills:

Good communication skills and experience working in cross- functional teams.
Strong problem- solving mindset, proactive attitude, ability to work in fast- changing environments, and fluent English communication.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience setting up Docker environments for front- end applications.
A sharp mindset in AI and the ability to apply AI technologies to optimize user experience or enhance UI/UX performance are highly valued.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), micro- frontends, CQRS, or international collaboration.
