Responsibilities:

Up to date with AI trends and able to guide the team in adopting AI tools for improved development productivity
Inspire and guide team members to deliver scalable, high- quality solutions using React.js and modern front- end technologies
Ensure technical excellence through regular code reviews, best practice implementation, and architectural guidance
Optimize application performance across a wide range of devices and browsers, ensuring a seamless user experience
Drive the development of reusable components and front- end libraries that enable efficiency and maintainability across the codebase
Lead and mentor a high- performing front- end team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
Champion the stability, security, and scalability of front- end systems through proactive troubleshooting and thoughtful planning
Cultivate an environment of learning and growth by sharing knowledge, offering constructive feedback, and empowering team members to take initiative
Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate concepts into intuitive and responsive user interfaces

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of hands- on experience with React.js and modern front- end development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2+ years leading a Frontend team of 3 or more engineers
Experience with React Native or native mobile development is a big plus
Experienced with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT)
Proficient in secure front- end development practices, including prevention of XSS, CSRF, and other common vulnerabilities
Solid understanding of browser performance optimization techniques and common cross browser issues
In- depth knowledge of React.js core principles and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative Git workflows
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Highly collaborative, responsive, and proactive in fast- paced environments
Experienced in debugging complex UI issues using Chrome DevTools, and optimizing performance and runtime behavior
Experience using AI- powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance productivity and automation
Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications and isomorphic React (a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts in English
Able to evaluate and guide improvements in CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams
Skilled in front- end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM
A mindset for continuous improvement, with a knack for benchmarking and optimization
