Now, we are seeking a full- time on- site role for a Front Desk Receptionist cum Japanese – English Interpreter to work as part of a growing eye care clinic at the highest level in Vietnam.
Job Description:
- Scheduling appointments for the patients.
- Responsible for answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing patients’ check- in.
- Assisting with general office tasks.
- Accurately interpreting from Japanese to English and vice versa for Japanese speaking patients during their visits.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast- paced environment
• Phone etiquette, Receptionist duties, and Clerical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
