Conduct daily or immediate briefings as necessary.
Review the day&039;s arrivals and departures; ensure GEMs are well- informed about their guests. Coordinate villa inspections with the Direct Managers.
Check and update the fish key report; investigate any loss and take necessary action.
Report any unusual events or serious guest complaints to the Direct Managers. Share updates from management with the team.
Inspect buggy station, parking, reception, welcome sala, stores, and office to ensure cleanliness, proper equipment condition, and sufficient supplies.
Ensure hosts are kept up to date with the latest information on resort products and services, including villa categories, rates, features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and wellness offerings, and other resort services and facilities.
Be aware of in- house guests requiring extra attention. Follow up on pending requests or tasks from previous shifts.
Assist Direct Managers in welcoming arrivals and bidding farewell to departures.
Handle guest complaints and issues reported by GEMs on behalf of Resort Management and ensure effective handover to the next shift Duty Manager to guarantee timely resolution and recovery of guest satisfaction.
Monitor LQA standards within Front Office operations and ensure all hosts are adequately trained and compliant with the required standards.
Ensure check- in folios are complete, protocols are followed, and the Opera system is correctly updated.
Promote and implement the IHG loyalty program, ensuring all member benefits and entitlements are delivered in accordance with the guest&039;s membership tier.
Review the log- book and receive handover from the night shift following the checklist. Ensure all information is clear, the cash float is counted correctly, and discuss any guest- related issues in detail.

Ability to train and supervise staff and communicate well with management and guests.
Another spoken language would be beneficial.
A sharp mind/ attention to detail to ensure that the vast areas assigned to him is well taken care of at all times.
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or similar.
Minimum one year of experience in similar position
Willingness to learn new skills and work hard.
