Fresher Java/. Net Developer

Design and develop user interfaces for RPA interaction.
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define and deliver automation projects that meet business needs.
Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance.
Assist with quality assurance of the automation.
Support operations after go- live, monitoring and measuring the solution effectiveness.
Create, maintain, and support existing robots.
Deploy RPA components, including bots, robots, developmental tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
Support UATs execution and solution deployment in multiple environments.
Revise and improve codes of existing solutions based on feedback from customers, performing code optimization, identifying and fixing potential issues.

Required:

Good logical, analytical and problem- solving skills.
Intermediate English or Japanese language.Reading and writing are a must; listening and speaking are a plus.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast- paced and deadline- oriented environment.
Degree in IT or related fields.
Clear and articulate communication.
Presentation skills, structured problem- solving skills.
Understanding of UI elements, APIs, Database interfaces etc.

Nice to have:

+1 year of experience of these programming languages: HTML, JavaScript, C, VB.NET, VB Script, Python, Java.
Hands on experience on RPA platforms: akaBot, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism,... is an advantage.
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
Comfortable working in an intense, fast- growth startup environment.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
Good in studying and understanding the existing system architecture.
