Position: HR Fresher
Employment Type: Full- time

Working Location: Di An, Binh Duong
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in organizing company events, team- building activities, and employee engagement programs.
• Support daily HR and administrative operations, including document filing, contract preparation, and employee record management.
• Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR- related data.
• Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Passionate about developing a long- term career in Human Resources.
• Detail- oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome (internship experience in HR or administration is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
