As a Talented Fresher, you will participate in a structured "learn and work" program that combines
training and practical experience. During the program, you will:
• Engage in Automotive foundational and advanced training sessions to build professional
knowledge.
• Gain exposure to the full software/project lifecycle, including design, development,
• Apply what you&039;ve learned into real or simulated projects under mentor supervision.

• Develop essential soft skills such as communication, presentation, problem- solving, and
professional email writing.
• Improve foreign language abilities, especially in reading technical documents and
communicating in English and Japanese

Graduated or soon to graduate in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or other related majors.
Experience with MCUs such as STM32, PIC, NXP, etc. is a plus.
Solid background in C/C++/Embedded programming.
Good programming mindset and strong problem- solving skills.
Priority will be given to candidates with outstanding achievements or high rankings in academic competitions related to programming and technology; winners of National or International Olympiads in Informatics, Mathematics, or engineering subjects; authors of published scientific research or participants in recognized scientific projects.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700+ or Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3+ or higher.
Available for training/working full- time from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
