What You Will Do
About Vui App
Customer Onboarding
Map data fields and build simple scripts/pipelines to ensure seamless data synchronization into the Vui App platform.
Support the setup and configuration for new enterprise clients using our internal Admin tools.
Perform quick validation to ensure all data flows are accurate and ready before customers go live.
Data Operations
Conduct periodic data quality reviews and prepare operational reports for customers or internal teams.
Monitor dashboards, system logs, and sync jobs daily to ensure stable and reliable data operations.
Investigate data discrepancies (e.g., mismatched working hours) and identify the root cause; coordinate with the Dev team when issues come from the core system.
Documentation & Optimization
(Optional) Contribute to fixing minor bugs or optimizing sync logic if you’re confident in your coding ability.
Write technical documentation: integration guidelines, data specifications, and internal SOPs.
Propose improvements to product features or operational workflows based on insights from real- world issues.

Understanding of integration workflows or tech product environments.
Familiarity with Linux commands, Git, or basic scripting (Python/JS).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and basic data structures.
Must- have
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Ability to read logs, analyze issues, and think in terms of systems and root causes.
Nice- to- have
What We are Looking For
Experience with ETL pipelines, data sync, schedulers, or operational tooling.
At least 1 year of experience as a Backend Developer (Java preferred) or in a similar technical position.
