[Freelance] Content Marketing (Web 3)

We are seeking a talented Content Specialist to join our team in the fast- growing Web3 industry. As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high- quality content that drives engagement and educates our audience on the Web3 ecosystem.
- Track performance metrics and optimize written content to reach the KPI of all social platforms.
- Actively support other departments when needed, providing marketing assistance and expertise as required.
- Brainstorm ideas on how to recruit more community members for the brand, across social and digital platforms.
- Plan & execute engagement strategies across our growing social channels e.g. Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Linkedin, etc.
- Brief design, QC, and ensure timing execution for creative development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with our business goals, target audience, and brand voice.
- Develop effective seeding content, email marketing content, and AMA scripts to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
- Responsibly manage our social media channels, fostering a positive and responsive media presence, and engaging with users through social posts.
- Stay up- to- date with the latest industry trends and conduct research to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing and community teams on special campaigns, product rollouts, and announcements.

- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar content- focused position.
- Social media algorithms understanding is preferred.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.
- Genuine interest and understanding of blockchain culture.
- Experience with managing Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and other social media channels.
- Strong content production skills, e.g: working with our in- house designer, searching for trends, using social media schedulers, and so on.
- Ability to thrive in a fast- paced working environment.
- Experience in global projects.
