Footwear Product Development - Innovation Leader (Fluent English) ~ 55 - 75 Mill VND [27346 - Binh Tan, HCM]

Lead the Innovation process from Tech- Pack through to commercially viable proof- of- concept products for highly technical projects, providing technical expertise to teams in the US and Asia to support Innovation and Sports Marketing initiatives.

75% – Operations & Delivery
• Analyze Tech- Packs and propose optimized constructions and materials.
• Lead product development for Innovation and Sports Marketing projects to meet brand and athlete needs.
• Ensure high- quality samples and timely updates of BOM and technical data.
• Coordinate with suppliers and report commercialization progress.
• Review testing results to improve product performance.
• Provide technical support and resolve quality/performance issues.

10% – Collaboration & Teamwork
• Support cross- functional collaboration and business reporting.
• Mentor internal and factory team members as needed.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and factories.

15% – Training & Research
• Research new materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods to elevate product solutions.
• Travel as required and participate in training and industry events.

* Working time: 8:30- 17:30 Mon- Fri

• Able to plan ahead, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in fast- paced global environments with minimal supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of lasts, molds, compound development, foot anatomy, footwear measuring tools, Microsoft Office, and PLM systems.
• Experienced in presenting to senior leadership and cross- functional partners.
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Deep expertise in materials, compounds, sustainability, footwear constructions, SATRA testing standards, and development calendars/deliverables.
• 8–10+ years of product development or innovation experience in the global performance footwear industry.
• Strong communicator, problem solver, and proactive leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Textile Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
